The Bond
The Bond comprises of a unique group of Victorian buildings fronting onto the Grand Union Canal in the Warwick Bar Conservation Area. The centrepiece of the complex is The Ice House, an outstanding 19th century warehouse. The historic complex, once the home of manufacturing, is now host to a variety of businesses appropriate to the changing needs of today’s economy.
Brindleyplace

Colmore Business District
Colmore Business District (CBD) is Birmingham’s premier concentration of professional and business service companies and a vital part of the increasing dynamic and vibrant city centre. CBD is the established commercial heart of the city, with some 500 companies, who employ almost 24,000 people. Encompassing the business area centred around Colmore Row and Snow Hill Station the district is at the very heart of the city’s business community.
The Colmore Business District Business Improvement District (BID) went live on 01 April 2009 and is the third in Birmingham City Centre joining the Broad Street and Retail Birmingham BIDs.
The BID is focused on creating a clear identity for the area and improving the environment for everyone who lives and works in the business district.

The Custard Factory
The Custard Factory, Birmingham’s revolutionary new arts and media quarter, is 800 paces from the Bull Ring. The Custard Factory is home to a hive of young creative companies, galleries, fine artists, independent shops and terrific restaurants. Since 1990 when the Custard Factory was opened to Birmingham’s young creative talent a whole new inner city neighbourhood has begun to emerge – intricate, fine grained and threaded by green spaces, fountains and sculpture.
Digbeth
Digbeth is Birmingham’s creative hub and is home to hundreds of artistic and innovative businesses. In recent years there has been significant development in the arts, media and craft industries in the district. The Custard Factory and the Bond are key venues in the area, regularly holding artistic events and supporting the creative industries. The wider Digbeth area contains the Irish Quarter with a number of Irish pubs and the prominent Irish Club. What’s more, Digbeth has developed a music and media industry and the area hosts the annual Gigbeth and Supersonic Festivals.
Jewellery Quarter
The Jewellery Quarter has strong functional links with its past, retaining specialist jewellery manufacturing and designing as well as retailing. A unique area with Conservation Area status, Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter still makes an estimated 40% of UK jewellery. It also has a growing entertainment, commercial and professional business sector in the part nearer to the city centre around St Paul’s Square.
Within the Jewellery Quarter Business Village there are currently 1500 plus businesses including over 100 specialist jewellery retailers.There is a vast range of commercial property available in the area from small work spaces suitable for jewellers to well serviced office accommodation for the modern business. With the city centre only 15 minutes walk away, excellent public transport links and cheap parking the Quarter is the perfect place for new businesses to locate.
