Bruntwood has over 30 year’s commercial property experience, and has a portfolio of 90 buildings across four cities (one being Birmingham). It caters for businesses who occupy entire buildings to those who require one desk and everything in between. Bruntwood first came to Birmingham in 1995 when it acquired the Cornwall Buildings on Newhall Street in the heart of the business district. It is now fully refurbishing the McLaren building in the heart of the city’s Masshouse regeneration zone.

For me, the key advantages of doing business in Birmingham centre around two key points. First off there’s the workforce – Birmingham offers a strong and diverse labour pool, and with such fabulous universities in the city it is also a well qualified workforce as well. Then there are the continually improving transport links which allow access both nationally and internationally. The business community is also a key asset in Birmingham.
