Guy Thompson, GVA, said:

“The Beorma Quarter has significant potential to deliver a high quality mixed use scheme, spearheading the redevelopment of this part of Birmingham and extension to the city core as outlined in the Big City Plan, forming a major connection to the Council’s planned Smithfield development.

“This is a truly landmark opportunity for us due to its location in Birmingham’s fast moving creative district, and because the integrated services provided by our expert local team demonstrates that what we offer our clients is much broader than traditional property management.

“At Beorma Quarter we will also focus on client and user experience through our specialist destination marketing team, which is already appointed to some impressive retail and leisure schemes nationwide.”

The project is being delivered by Kuwaiti company, Salhia International Investments Ltd.

Keith Williams, Asset Manager for Salhia, said:

“GVA has consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivery and management of a number of high quality mixed-use schemes, and we are confident that the team’s advice will enable us to correctly position the Beorma Quarter. This will ensure that it is an appealing destination, both in its own right and as a significant addition to Birmingham city centre at this critical time in the city’s period of extensive growth.”

The Beorma Quarter is a part of Birmingham’s Big City Plan, a 20-year vision for development of Birmingham and the expansion of the city core.
