Millennium Point reveals brand new flexible coworking and private office spaces

Eastside’s landmark building has announced a brand new private office and coworking space coming this summer.

Work Point will consist of flexible desk space, several small offices, a meeting room, breakout space and amenities on level 4 of the iconic building.

Millennium Point CEO, Judith Armstrong comments,

“At Millennium Point we understand the importance of providing flexible working spaces to facilitate the development of smaller businesses, who account for so much of our cities economic growth.”

Micro businesses have less than 10 employees and make up 95% of the Digital & Tech sector alone. In addition, micro businesses account for 94% of growth in the sector – a key factor in the city’s economic growth over the next ten years.

Judith comments,

“We’re located in the heart of the knowledge quarter and have excellent transport links to the city centre and wider region, which will soon get even better with the arrival of the Midland Metro and Curzon Street Station opposite.

“As a building, our tenants include ThinkTank Science Museum and BCU’s School of Engineering and the Built Environment and our organisation is committed to supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs & STEM businesses in our region.”

Work Point will open in early summer 2018, to register your interest for a VIP tour of this flexible co-working and private office space please click here.
