New brand lights up the Mailbox

Birmingham’s premier lifestyle and shopping destination, the Mailbox, is continuing to expand its high-end home and lifestyle offering with the arrival of premium lighting brand, iLite Lighting.

Opening in April 2017, iLite Lighting will join the Mailbox’s impressive collection of luxury brands on Level 1.

With over 35 years of experience, iLite Lighting is a residential, luxury and commercial lighting store specialising in the supply and sale of the finest luxury lighting from an extensive collection of brands including Swarovski, Foscarini, Masiero, Diesel, Flos and Schonbek.

iLite Lighting will sit alongside Kitchen Gallery, Castle Fine Art, Fine & Country and Ribble, which opens on Level 1 of the Mailbox at the end of this month.

This latest signing comes hot on the heels of Tom’s Kitchen, the restaurant and bar by acclaimed chef Tom Aikens, now open at the Mailbox.

As well as a restaurant, Tom’s Kitchen operates a deli within the Urban Room mall offering affordable and express options for breakfast, lunch and afternoon treats.

The Mailbox also recently welcomed Bottles, a brand new wine concept, and Caffè Nero to its extensive food and beverage offer.

The Mailbox is also home to Harvey Nichols’ 45,000 sq ft flagship store, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein Underwear, BOSS, Armani Collezioni, Daniel Footwear, Paul Smith, L.K.

Bennett and Gieves and Hawkes on Level 2, in addition to Everyman Cinema, Malmaison, AC Hotels and the Mailbox’s popular canalside bars and restaurants.

The Mailbox is set to launch its leading edge, smart technology solution and customer app this year, bringing a range of new and exciting services to deliver a whole new level of engagement.

The new Mailbox app will allow customers to pre-book and pre-order food, access personalised promotions and experiences, book tickets for events and get the latest exclusive content.
